Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Sales Team Head to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent sales expertise, and the ability to achieve business targets while mentoring and motivating the team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead, mentor and manage the sales team.
  • Recruit, train and develop Sales Executives.
  • Conduct daily morning meetings and sales reviews.
  • Monitor individual and team performance.
  • Motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate sales through direct clients, referrals and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure regular client follow-ups and site visit scheduling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors and corporate clients.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementHandle high-value client meetings.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to booking.
  • Reporting & AnalysisPrepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports.
  • Track sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Present performance reports to management.
  • CoordinationCoordinate with Marketing Team for lead generation.
  • Coordinate with CRM for booking and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Legal & Finance for smooth transactions.
