🎯 About the Role
Quick Web Solutions is hiring an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to lead our US shift outbound telesales team. We need a confident, result-driven leader who inspires performance and delivers consistent results.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📞 Supervise & mentor outbound telesales executives
📊 Monitor KPIs — calls, conversions & quality
🎯 Set targets, conduct briefings & performance reviews
🔺 Handle escalations & report daily to management
✅ Ensure script compliance & calling quality standards
✳️ Requirements
🏆 Min. 2 years experience in international outbound TL role
🗣️ Excellent English communication & team management skills
🌙 Comfortable with night shift (10 PM – 7 AM), 6 days/week
💻 Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel & call management systems
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
