Job Description

There are 2 Job Positions:


(1) Sales Executive:

  • 0-1 years of tele calling experience in any industry.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to drive site visits.
  • Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
  • Achieve assigned targets for calls, site visits, and conversions.


(2) Team Leader - Commercial Real Estate Sales

  • 5+ years of expereince in Real Estate sales preferably in Commercial
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure achievement of team KPIs including calls, visits, and revenue targets.
