We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team at our Noida location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Handle sales calls, client follow-ups, lead conversion, and team performance tracking.
  • Train team members on sales pitch, objection handling, CRM usage, and closing techniques.
  • Monitor lead quality, calling performance, follow-up discipline, and conversion ratio.
  • Support the team in closing high-value certification training deals.
  • Maintain daily reports, sales dashboards, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with management for sales planning, target setting, and process improvement.
  • Ensure professional communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain team discipline, attendance, productivity, and target-focused work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, EdTech, training, certification sales, or similar industry.
  • Prior team handling experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good leadership, follow-up, and target management ability.
  • Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email communication.
  • Ability to handle pressure and motivate the team.

Preferred Candidate

  • Experience in EdTech, professional training, certification, career services, or international sales will be an advantage.
  • Candidate should be confident, disciplined, and able to manage a team effectively.
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
