* Convert leads into successful closures.

* Coordinate with the field sales team for smooth conversions.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain CRM and follow-up with prospects.

* Experience in B2B/Inside Sales/Tele Sales.

* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

* Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.

* Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
