Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation: Generate leads and prospects through various channels such as networking, referrals, online inquiries, and field activities. Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs and offering suitable property solutions.
  • Property Sales: Present, promote, and sell real estate properties by explaining property features, benefits, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct property site visits, presentations, and client meetings (virtual or in-person) to engage prospects, address queries, and close deals effectively.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms of sale to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company profitability.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate guidance and insights.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all sales-related documentation, agreements, and contracts are completed accurately and on time. Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Follow-ups & Client Engagement: Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients, resolve concerns, provide updates, and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including lead generation, client meetings, and successful closures.
