Prop CID Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate technology company that provides an online platform for property owners, brokers, builders, and real estate consultants to list and promote their properties to potential buyers and tenants.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with real estate brokers, property dealers, builders, and consultants to onboard them onto the Prop CID portal and encourage them to list their properties on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with real estate brokers, agents, and property consultants.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners.
• Promote the Prop CID portal and its listing services.
• Convince brokers and real estate professionals to list their properties on the portal.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations with brokers and agencies.
• Follow up with clients regarding listings, subscriptions, and services.
• Achieve monthly sales and listing targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Relationship management and client handling skills.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
• MBA or Sales-related qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
