Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth for our sports infrastructure projects and sports surface materials division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting sports infrastructure solutions, and achieving sales targets across government, institutional, educational, and private sectors.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities for sports infrastructure projects and sports flooring/surfacing materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, sports academies, government departments, architects, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender-related documentation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Follow up on inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website leads, and social media channels.
  • Marketing & Lead GenerationExecute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to promote products and projects through social media, email marketing, and online portals.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, sports events, and industry networking activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Project CoordinationCoordinate with internal design, estimation, and execution teams during project discussions and handovers.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and project teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and support post-sales activities.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in construction materials, sports infrastructure, flooring, landscaping, or project sales will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
