Job Description
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound funnels
- Pitch Digiron’s EMT (Extended Marketing Team) services
- Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with founders, brands & decision-makers
2. Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, organic funnels)
- Coordinate with creative & performance teams
- Understand what content converts (not just what looks good)
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, and CAC
3. Strategy & Growth
- Identify new growth opportunities for clients
- Contribute to funnel building (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
- Upsell & cross-sell services to existing clients
4. Reporting & Ownership
- Track performance metrics and present insights
- Take ownership of revenue targets
