Job Description

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound funnels
  • Pitch Digiron’s EMT (Extended Marketing Team) services
  • Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with founders, brands & decision-makers

2. Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, organic funnels)
  • Coordinate with creative & performance teams
  • Understand what content converts (not just what looks good)
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, and CAC

3. Strategy & Growth

  • Identify new growth opportunities for clients
  • Contribute to funnel building (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
  • Upsell & cross-sell services to existing clients

4. Reporting & Ownership

  • Track performance metrics and present insights
  • Take ownership of revenue targets
