Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Head – North to drive business growth across the North region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT solution sales, with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Cloud Solutions, and Cybersecurity offerings.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the North region • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline • Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized solutions • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and emerging technologies • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and presentations Required Skills & Qualifications: • 4–5 years of experience in IT sales (preferably in B2B environment) • Strong knowledge of: o Microsoft 365 o Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) o Cybersecurity solutions • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications: • Experience handling enterprise or mid-market clients • Existing network in the North region • Basic technical understanding for solution selling Key Competencies: • Leadership & ownership • Strategic thinking • Client relationship management • Problem-solving attitude • Strong business acumen What We Offer: • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies • Growth-oriented and collaborative work environment
