Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager (B2B Sales) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for staffing and manpower outsourcing services. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development expertise, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, or HR services. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities for Contract Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and Recruitment Services. Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and field visits. Meet HR Heads, Payroll Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders to present staffing solutions. Conduct client meetings, presentations, online demonstrations, and proposal discussions. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business agreements. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Client Acquisition & Account Management Identify organizations currently utilizing third-party staffing and payroll services. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Understand client workforce requirements and provide customized staffing solutions. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing business relationships. Recruitment & Staffing Coordination Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of client requirements. Support hiring activities and workforce deployment as per client needs. • • • • • • • • • • • • 1 Build recruitment networks for sourcing contractual manpower across various locations. Operations & Compliance Support Work closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist clients with workforce onboarding, attendance management, documentation, and HR processes. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and employee-related concerns. Revenue & Collection Management Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure timely collection of invoices, service charges, reimbursements, and outstanding payments. Monitor account profitability and business growth opportunities. Performance Expectations Minimum 5 client meetings per day. Consistent CRM reporting and sales activity tracking. Achievement of monthly business acquisition targets. Development of a strong client portfolio within the staffing and outsourcing industry. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Staffing, Recruitment, HR Services, or Business Development. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Good understanding of Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, HR Operations, and Staffing Processes. Experience in client acquisition, account management, and team coordination.
