 *What You’ll Do:*

_As a Sales Executive_  

- *Own your territory* – Pitch products, close deals daily  

- *Build pipeline* – Lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups  

- *Hit numbers* – Daily, weekly, monthly targets with proper reporting  

- *Client Relationship* – Maintain and grow existing loan portfolio

 *Product*: Personal Loan & Overdraft

 *Must Haves:*  

- *Industry*: Loan - Personal Loan and Overdraft preferred

- *Skills*: Good Communication, Negotiation, Local market knowledge  

- *Attitude*: Target-driven, No-excuse mindset, Self-motivated

- *Qualification*: 12th Pass / Graduate

 *What You Get:*  

- *Salary*: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 Fixed + Uncapped Incentives  

- *Growth*: Sales Executive → Team Leader → ASM

- *Training*: Full product + sales training provided

- *Support*: Field support and daily guidance

 *Office Timings:*  

*Monday to Saturday*: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM  

*Sunday*: Weekly Off
