Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to generate and convert customers for the company’s loan products. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, loan application sourcing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams until loan disbursement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, digital leads, and channel partners.
• Identify prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Pitch suitable loan products such as Personal Loan, or other NBFC products.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMI, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
• Collect and verify KYC and financial documents as per company/NBFC guidelines.
• Conduct preliminary customer eligibility checks and ensure quality file login.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Verification, and Legal teams for smooth processing.
• Follow up with customers from application/login through approval and final disbursement.
• Achieve monthly login, approval and disbursement targets.
• Develop relationships with DSAs, connectors, referral partners, and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC requirements, RBI/NBFC guidelines, and fair-practice standards.

Maintain good customer relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.
