Job Description
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calls, social media, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Meet with prospects (virtually or in-person), understand needs, and present tailored solutions and product demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, secure contracts, and close sales to meet revenue goals.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and handle issues.
- Reporting & Administration: Track activities, log data in CRM, generate sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, support, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
