Role Overview
Hiring Tele Sales Executives for Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) products. Role involves outbound calling, explaining loan features, and closing applications.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and pitch Personal Loan & OD products
Understand customer needs + guide them on documentation
Meet daily call & conversion targets
Update CRM and coordinate with processing team
Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers welcome, tele-calling/BFSI exp. is a plus
Skills: Hindi & English communication, basic PC knowledge, target-oriented
Salary & Growth
Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹25000 per month based on experience & interview
Incentives + growth in BFSI sales
