Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan offers and financial services.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products, including Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) facilities.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, benefits, and other relevant details to customers.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the loan application process.
Maintain good customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
