Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities


  • Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
  • Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve conversions.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
