Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding residential/commercial properties

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and follow-ups

• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers

• Maintain strong relationships with clients for future business

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

• Maintain customer data and daily sales reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales processing

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

• Ability to handle clients professionally

• Basic computer knowledge
