Job Description – Telesales Executive (Personal Loan & Overdraft)Position: Telesales Executive

• Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers through outbound calls and explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Eligibility:Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in Personal Loan, Overdraft, Credit Card, Loan Against Property, or Banking Sales will be preferred.
• Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
