The selected candidates will play a key role in counseling prospective students, generating enrollments, and contributing to the company's growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.



  • Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Student Counseling & SalesContact and counsel prospective students regarding our training programs.
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
  • Explain course features, career benefits, fee structures, and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct counseling sessions via phone calls, video calls, and online meetings.
  • 2. Lead ManagementHandle leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective learners.
  • Update lead status and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely responses to student inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions.
  • 3. Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
  • Address student concerns and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure a positive counseling experience throughout the admission process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective learners.
  • 4. Target AchievementAchieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Track daily sales activities and conversion metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Consistently work towards meeting individual and team sales goals.
  • 5. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions and student data.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
  • Ensure seamless communication between students and internal teams.



  • Required SkillsSales & Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence in handling student counseling and sales conversations.
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
  • Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage leads and maintain records efficiently.
  • Familiarity with online communication platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Basic understanding of the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
  • Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



  • Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's or Master's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or any related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in sales, counseling, and customer engagement.
  • Must be willing to work from the office on a daily basis.
