*Eligibility Criteria*
- Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory) Minimum 6 months of experience in Outbound Sales Experience in Medical/Health Insurance Sales will be preferred Good communication skills in Hindi and English

The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers through outbound calling, understanding their insurance requirements, and promoting suitable health insurance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills with a focus on achieving business targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain health insurance products, coverage details, benefits, and policy features.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
