Job Description
We are looking for a salesperson to handle customers visiting our showroom and help them choose the right products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, suggest suitable options and guide customers in making a purchase.
- Sell decorative lights, fancy lights, LED lights, fans, switches and other electrical items.
- Handle customer enquiries over the telephone when required.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide polite, helpful service.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn about our products.
- Previous experience in showroom sales or electrical goods is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A polite, helpful and customer-friendly attitude.
