🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can generate new business leads and handle customer queries for international logistics services, especially Air & Sea Freight.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn & references

✅ Target exporters, importers & manufacturers

✅ Handle customer inquiries related to air/sea shipments, pricing & transit time

✅ Coordinate with operations & pricing team for quotations

✅ Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into shipments

✅ Maintain client relationships and update CRM records

✅ Track daily calls, leads & conversions

✅ Handle sea & air export/import shipments

✅ Prepare and manage shipping & customs documents

✅ Coordinate with customs agents, transporters & freight forwarders

✅ Manage customs clearance and duty drawback process

✅ Track shipments and provide delivery updates

✅ Maintain shipment records and reports

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 1–3 years of experience

✔ Basic knowledge of Air & Sea Freight preferred

✔ Good communication & convincing skills

✔ Target-oriented mindset
