Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ground Floor, E-168, Sector 63, Noida, U.P.

Job Overview:

We are searching for a driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at P&S Innovation. Ideally, you are a professional who understands Industrial Automation products and possesses the ability to demonstrate their functionality to clients. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate technical solutions, and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.


Key Responsibilities:


* Consultation & Sales: Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate Industrial Automation products (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Sensors, etc.).

* Lead Generation & Management: Source new clients and follow up on leads via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. Manage B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Justdial to generate inquiries.

* Proposal Creation: Prepare and submit detailed quotations, technical proposals, and reports.

* Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with existing and new accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or delays.

* Order Fulfillment: Process orders, coordinate with the fulfillment team, communicate delivery timelines, and manage stock-out situations effectively.

* Market Analysis: Assess competitors by analyzing trends and products to identify new sales opportunities.

Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with new product launches and technical features to explain complex terminology to non-technical clients effectively.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Any Graduate 

Experience: Minimum of 6 Months to 2 years in sales or marketing.


Skills:

Strong B2B sales experience (handling IndiaMART/TradeIndia is a plus).

Proficiency in Email Marketing and Social Media/WhatsApp marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor.



Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
