Job Description (JD) – Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Noida

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: 1–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property presentations, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience in real estate sales, property consulting, or channel sales.
  • Knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, or Delhi NCR real estate market.
  • Existing network of investors and property buyers is an advantage.
