Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Facility Management & Manpower Services

Location: Head Office- Logix Technova, Sector 132, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Facility Management and Manpower Services division. The candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, and closing business deals with residential societies, builders, property management companies, and commercial establishments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective clients, including High-Rise Residential Societies, Builders, RWAs, AOAs, Commercial Buildings, and Property Management Companies.
  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
  • Present and promote the company's facility management and manpower services.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees, builders, and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Facility Management, Security Services, Housekeeping Services, or Real Estate.
  • Strong understanding of residential society operations and facility management requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to handle client objections and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings will be an added advantage.
