Sales Coordinator – Real Estate
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Location: Noida, Sector 153
- Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and update sales records, leads, client details, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, site visits, property details, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track team performance.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with channel partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Assist the sales team with documentation, booking processes, and other sales-related activities.
- Handle basic MS Excel, Word, email, and CRM-related work.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between the sales and management teams.
- Requirements6 months to 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in real estate.
- Candidates with experience in other sales industries can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
