Job Description

Motovish Industries Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Brassica Edible Oil, is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG background and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and customers.

Process orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases.

Track sales targets and prepare MIS reports.

Follow up on payments, order status, and customer queries.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments.

Support sales promotions and market activities.

Handle documentation, invoices, and distributor communication.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in the FMCG industry.

Graduate in any discipline.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and sales reporting.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
