We are building products that help modern families perform daily worship with confidence, simplicity, and trust.
Our products include Daily Puja Kits, Dhoop, Kumkum, and future ritual collections designed around Sanatan traditions, ingredient purity, and traceable quality.

Your Mission
Help Vedsaar reach more families, improve customer experience, support sales growth, and build systems that help the company scale.
Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Communication & Sales Support
• Interact with customers over WhatsApp and phone.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries.
• Guide customers through products and ordering process.
• Collect customer feedback and reviews.
• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support referral and loyalty initiatives.
B. Growth & Marketing Support
• Assist in planning and executing WhatsApp campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer responses.
• Observe social media trends and suggest content ideas.
• Share content performance insights with the founder.
• Track competitor activities and market developments.
• Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement and sales.
C. Social Media & Content Coordination
• Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and creators when required.
• Help schedule and publish content.
• Maintain content calendars.
• Track performance of reels, stories, posts, and campaigns.
• Suggest improvements based on audience response.
D. Partnerships & Community Outreach
• Coordinate with society groups, local shops, flower sellers, astrologers, yoga teachers, and referral partners.
• Assist in managing local events and stalls.
• Maintain records of partnerships and follow-ups.
• Ensure opportunities are tracked and acted upon.
E. Business Operations
• Maintain sales, lead, and partner trackers.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Help organize business processes and documentation.
• Coordinate order updates and customer communication when required.
• Assist with improving workflows and systems.
What We Are Looking For
A. Must Have
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• English speaking, reading and writing ability.
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email and AI LLM models like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity AI.
• Organized and disciplined.
• Curious and willing to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and partners.
• Positive attitude and ownership mindset.
B. Good To Have
• Experience in sales, customer support, operations, marketing, or retail.
• Canva knowledge.
• Social media familiarity.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business or CRM tools.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, consumer brands, spirituality, or Indian culture.
