Job Description
- Visit 20 assigned retail outlets daily, pitch brand products, and log visits, photos & orders in real time via the Baylink Saarthi app
- Drive secondary sales by securing retailer orders and hitting daily/weekly effective pitch and mission targets
- Ensure 100% mission and beat completion with accurate, verifiable data (photos, stock checks, pitch confirmation)
- Maintain 90%+ verification accuracy — no fake or false mission submissions
- Flexible, performance-based earnings: daily base pay + travel allowance + uncapped bonuses on sales, pitches, orders, and consistency
- Own smartphone with GPS/internet required; 7 hours/day
- Own a 2 wheeler
