We are looking for a passionate and innovative Research & Development Executive to join our team for haircare and skincare product development. The candidate will be responsible for formulation research, ingredient analysis, product testing, and coordinating with production and packaging teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve skincare and haircare formulations
• Research new active ingredients and market trends
• Conduct formulation trials and stability testing
• Maintain lab documentation and batch records
• Coordinate with manufacturers and raw material suppliers
• Ensure product quality and safety standards
• Assist in sample development and product innovation
• Work closely with branding and marketing teams for product positioning

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulations
• Basic understanding of R&D and quality processes
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Passion for skincare, haircare, and cosmetic innovation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cosmetic or personal care industry
• Knowledge of hair growth actives and dermatological formulations
• Understanding of stability testing and ingredient compatibility
