Job Summary: Relationship Advisor

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and assisting them throughout the loan application journey until disbursement. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan, business loans, and home loans (either one) offerings. • Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and application process. • Collect and verify basic customer information for eligibility checks. • Follow up on leads and ensure timely submission of documents. • Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure a smooth loan process Qualifications: • 1-3 Years of experience into Secured or Unsecured Loans. • Good Communication and convincing skills, English is must. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. • Basic MS Excel Knowledge.
