Job Description
Relationship Manager – Life Insurance Sales
Job Role: Relationship Manager
Industry: Life Insurance
Experience: 1+ years in Sales preferred
Qualification: Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new customers through field visits, leads, references, and direct sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable life insurance products.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.
- Complete customer documentation and ensure proper policy processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for renewals and servicing.
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in sales.
Knowledge of the local language is preferred/required depending on location.
