Relationship Executive

Job Title: Relationship Executive – Business Loan & Project Loan

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, builders, manufacturers, traders, and SMEs looking for business loans, project loans, working capital, or expansion funding.
2. Generate leads through calling, LinkedIn, references, networking, field visits, and existing client relationships.
3. Understand the client’s funding requirement, business model, financial position, loan purpose, and repayment capacity.
4. Collect required documents such as KYC, GST returns, ITR, financial statements, bank statements, project reports, property papers, and business details.
5. Coordinate with clients for pending documents, clarifications, and timely submission of loan files.
6. Prepare basic client profiles and share complete information with the credit/finance team for loan assessment.
7. Maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, financial institutions, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
8. Follow up regularly with clients, lenders, and internal teams for file status, sanction, disbursement, and documentation.
9. Assist in business loan, project finance, term loan, working capital, LAP, machinery loan, startup funding, and private credit-related cases.
10. Maintain proper records of leads, client communication, documents received, pending requirements, and conversion status.
11. Ensure professional communication with clients and provide clear guidance regarding loan eligibility, documentation, process, and timelines.
12. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client meetings, file login, sanction, and disbursement.
13. Build long-term client relationships for repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling of financial advisory services.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies, lender requirements, and ethical sales practices.
