Job Responsibilities:

Hire Telecallers, Field Executives, and Technicians.

Post job vacancies daily on job portals and local hiring platforms.

Source and screen candidates through calls and job portals.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Maintain a recruitment database and follow up with candidates.

Ensure a minimum of 15 interviews every week to maintain the required manpower.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream.

Minimum 1 year of recruitment/HR experience preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of MS Office and job portals.

Salary:

As per company standards + Performance Incentives.
