Job Responsiblities
1. Make Outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Explain property details such as location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
3. Schedule site visits or meeting between interested clients and sales opportunities.
4. Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunitie.
5. Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets. 6. Handle Customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about projects.
7. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead management and conversions.
8. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets
