Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Sector 135 Noida

Industry: Real Estate

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.

• Generate leads through multiple channels and convert prospects into customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Train and mentor sales executives for performance improvement.

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and campaign execution.

• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain customer databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate sales.

• Strong leadership and team handling skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented approach with proven sales achievements.

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.

• Vehicle preferred.
