Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, conduct property site visits, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Key Responsibilities : Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and other sources.
• Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Present suitable residential/commercial properties to prospective clients.
• Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and applicable offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Update lead and customer information in CRM/software.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, documentation, finance, and other internal teams.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends, projects, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry through booking and closure.
