Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage end-to-end sales operations for residential and commercial properties.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects
• Handle high-value client interactions and close deals
• Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
• Generate leads through multiple channels (digital, references, site visits)
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Ensure proper follow-ups and CRM management
• Requirements:Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of Noida real estate market preferred
