Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Noida

Job SummaryBook My Acre is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell residential, commercial, and plotted real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage sales leads through calls, referrals, and company-provided data.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams for smooth sales operations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.

- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
