About the Company

Key Responsibilities

  1. Explain project details including location, amenities, pricing, investment benefits, and payment plans to clients.
  2. Conduct site visits and provide effective project presentations to prospective buyers.
  3. Handle client queries, negotiations, and successfully close sales deals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
  5. Ensure regular follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
  6. Maintain accurate client data, sales records, and follow-up reports in CRM or MS Excel.
  7. Stay updated with current real estate market trends and competitor projects.


Eligibility Criteria


  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Any stream).
  2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales preferred.
  3. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
  6. Candidate should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
