Job Description
Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property investments, conducting site visits, and closing sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Present residential and commercial projects professionally.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

- Knowledge of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate market.
- Experience selling commercial or residential projects.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Confidence in handling high-value transactions.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
