Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing property deals in residential/commercial projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and online platforms
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Maintain client database and update CRM records
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable personality with customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of Noida real estate market is a plus
