Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and presentable Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales.

Candidates with experience in real estate sales, especially in residential plots, luxury plots, and farmhouses, will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to clients.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls and meetings.
• Coordinate and arrange property site visits.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and client handling.
