Job DescriptionKadd Brother Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Sector 63, H Block, Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, arranging site visits, and closing sales for our farmhouse and real estate projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and handle potential customer leads.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based environment.
• Freshers can apply; real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in farmhouse, plots, residential, or commercial property sales are preferred.
• Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
