Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales, client relationships, site visits, and deal closures.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential property buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
  • Conduct and coordinate site visits.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales and management teams.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends.
  • Required Skills1+ year experience in Real Estate Sales
