Telecalling Executive
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to build and maintain our property inventory. The role involves making outbound calls to property owners using the database provided by the company to gather information about properties available for sale or lease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make approximately 100 outbound calls daily to property owners.
- Collect information on properties available for sale or lease.
- Record property details accurately in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Update and maintain the property inventory database.
- Share verified inventory with the CRM and Sales teams.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication during all calls.
Note: This is not a sales role. No selling or lead conversion is required. The primary responsibility is to collect and update accurate property inventory through outbound calling.
