Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager (GM) for our Real Estate Sales division. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in handling and managing a real estate sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support when required.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent business development abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
