Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to expand the sales network.
- Generate qualified leads and drive site visits through channel partners.
- Present project details, pricing, offers, payment plans, and USPs to channel partners.
- Follow up on leads, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth deal closures.
- Regularly visit and engage with channel partners to strengthen business relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partner performance, site visits, and bookings.
