JOB DESCRIPTION – PRE SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Pre Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Pre Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and coordinate with the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

* Generate and qualify leads from different marketing sources

* Explain project details and offerings to potential customers

* Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly

* Maintain customer database and update CRM records

* Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures

* Build strong relationships with prospective clients

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements:

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software

* Positive attitude and professional behavior

* Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
